Kayaking Tours

A kayaking journey down the Avonmore River will take you through the twists and turns of one of Ireland’s most scenic river valleys. This self-guided journey finishes right on our doorstep – on our very own beach.

All your gear is provided, including a single sit-on-top kayak, paddle, helmet and life jacket. Wetsuits are available for hire for €5.00.

This is a 2.5 hour adventure that will enable you to get up close and personal with the freshwater wildlife. Please note, however, that some kayak experience is necessary to take part on this journey of discovery.

Participants will need to sign up at reception the day before they intend to participate.
